During June 2021, Shiloh Old Site’s youth, working together in the name of the Lord, created and assembled fifty “personal care” bundles for distribution by Lutheran World Relief. These bundles were designed to bring a small degree of encouragement and support to needy areas of the world where war, natural disasters, or other conflicts have brought devastation and despair.
The effort was coordinated by Deaconess Mavis Allen with assistance from other Sunday school and youth leaders.

Not all youth participants could be present on the day that the photos were taken. So not all participants are shown.
Deacon Mavis Allen extends a special thank you all participants, both youth and adults. Working together, Shiloh’s youth are learning to help spread the good news of Jesus Christ, demonstrating the tangible love that Luke 16:15 asks us to deliver “into all the world,” compassionately bringing the Spirit of hope and healing to “every creature.”
