A group of concerned members within our congregation, under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, is hoping to design and implement a program that will be beneficial to our students during the coming virtual school season.
The plan is for the program to consist of both instructional and tutorial sessions. Group members are contacting school systems representing our church community, seeking information on needs as well as suggestions on how best to assist students.
The program will not be successful without the participation of multiple individuals from our congregation. Therefore, those who are getting the project started are asking that any parents or guardians who feel that such a program will be beneficial to their children reach out to the organizers as soon as possible.
The organizers are also seeking the assistance of any adults from the congregation who might have an interest in helping our youth succeed. This might included caring individuals with many different skills, including any retired teachers or school administrators.
