Rev. Norman “N.J.” H. Robinson Jr. is a seasoned minister, veteran, and IT leader with over two decades of combined ministry and professional experience. He has served faithfully as an Associate Minister in multiple churches across Virginia and Maryland, where he has preached the Gospel, led Bible studies, facilitated baptisms and funerals, and ministered through evangelism, youth outreach, and pastoral care.
Rev. Robinson was ordained under the leadership of Rev. Dr. Aaron Dobynes Sr. at Shiloh Baptist Church (Old Site) in Fredericksburg, Virginia, where Rev. Robinson plays a vital role in spiritual teaching, multimedia ministry, and financial wellness initiatives. His ministerial journey also includes impactful leadership at Zion Baptist Church in Portsmouth and New Hope Baptist Church in Hampton, where he founded men’s ministries, led street evangelism, and grew Bible study programs.
A U.S. Air Force veteran, Rev. Robinson also holds a Master of Business Administration from George Washington University and a Master of Divinity from Regent University. He is a committed servant-leader with a heart for discipleship, outreach, and equipping the Body of Christ for transformative impact.
He is married to his high school sweetheart and is the proud father of four sons, one grandson, and (as of June 2026) a granddaughter on the way.
